This is my second Holmes 3500. It humidifies our whole house more than adequately with out a wet spot around it. This humidifier model may be dropped by Holmes...Walmart has stopped selling them. This has old analog controls which are very reliable and consistant. The digital controls on the newer models may not be as reliable or consistant. That's why I bought this model to replace my old one before it was obsoleted.

Humidifier has 8-gallon output for up to 1700 sq.ft. coverage. 6-gallon capacity and operates over 48 hours on one refill. Adjustable manual humidistat with 3-speeds. Built-in Filter check monitors condition of wick filter. GE motor, 2 easy to fill removable water tanks with comfort carry handle, 4-wheel casters on bottom panel that ensures easy mobility and separate power-on and refill lights.
