I love these humidifiers. I had 2 of them and my daughter wanted one to use at her apartment, so I gave her one. I am online ordering 2 more. I have used mine for 3 winters in my bedroom. I want one for living room/kitchen area. They are quiet on low setting, on high it sounds like a small fan (not overly noisy). They are easy to fill and clean. The filters are available online and not very expensive. I have sinus problems and allergies and these are great. The cool mist is much safer than a warm heated humidifier especially around children and risk of burns. I rate these a five star.
