I purchased this product a week ago. I have asthma, allergies, two cats(so cat dander) and I have hard wood floors (so alot of dust all the time)
It got so bad I would have coughing fits every day and night. I looked at many air purifiers which had permanant filters, but I would have to clean them every 3 months, I don't know about you, but I have enough to do without worrying if my unit is working because I forgot to clean the filters. Also I like that the true HEPA filters work more effectively and had better review overall on the internet reviews. I don't find it hard to invest 60 dollars a year on the filters, the large unit does almost my whole studio apt, whereas I would have to buy more than one of the other units. I think that this is a great value for price, and in one hour I could feel the difference, infact yesterday I thought the windows were open but they were not, the air purifier worked that well to clean the air. So far my coughing has all but gone away. This is a great product. Try it out.
