i'm very disappointed in this product. i've had my last fan from Holmes for over ten years. I just ordered this, and the package had two of the same parts and none of them were manufactured cleanly to make assemblage smooth. for example the actual fan was VERY difficult to put on the metal body and screw closed. It's very poor quality for the price...
